Registration
Registration is mandatory for the author to present and publish the paper in the conference. At least one author per paper must register and pay in full after receiving the acceptation notification,and before the paper can be presented (whether in-person or online).
For in-person registration, the fee includes:
- Lunch during presentation sessions
- Coffee breaks according to the program
- Conference proceedings (GIRNAD 2025 abstracts)
For online participants, a certificate of participation and the electronic proceedings will be provided.
On-site payment is possible for those unable to complete online payment beforehand.

Registration for all-inclusive extra day
For participants opting for all-inclusive extra day hotel accommodation, an additional fee of 120 € is required. This includes lodging, meals, and access to hotel services.
